故事簡介：劇情延續上集《生化危機之變種生還者》故事，躲藏在那維達沙漠的女主角愛麗絲 (米娜祖華域芝Milla Jovovich飾) 與她的戰友卡路士及LJ 組成聯盟，尋找跟他們一樣未受感染的倖存者，並打算大舉殲滅將人類變成活死屍的致命病菌。愛麗絲成為遮天集團生化實驗改造的試驗品後，基因突變，擁有超常人的力量﹑ 強烈的官能感應和敏捷的身手，究竟愛麗斯能否帶領眾人成功殲滅喪屍，逃離城市?

It's the end of the world...
