怎么才知道自己成功申请会员，通过 會在申請主題上通過變成正式會員批核要審查，請耐心等候，是否成功也會有通知
成功後，實習會員 身份會消失，變成 土之精靈 水之精靈，視乎期間所得積分

I do not quite understand.
Are you asking your member level or punishment?
Your photograph is not related to breaking rules,
it just informed you that your member levels had raised.

Oh I see, do you mean that your level fell once?
It was probably not because of breaking rules.
Member level is connected with points,
points are connected with the number of posts,the amounts of Snow and Ice, and logon time, etc.
If Snow decreases, eg spent for obtaining resources,then points will decrease too,
and therefore level will also decrease.
