故事簡介：闊別36年，湯告魯斯震撼回歸《壯志凌雲》全新續集！外號「獨行俠」的彼得米切爾（湯告魯斯　飾）是海軍裡公認的優秀機師，於軍中服役逾30年間，一直醉心飛行，不斷挑戰自我極限。及後他臨危受命，回到自己出身的飛行學校擔任教官，精銳訓練新一批準飛行員，以應付一項前所未有的嚴峻任務。他意想不到的是，竟然遇見昔日已故戰友「飛鵝」尼克中尉的兒子，「公雞」畢列上尉（米爾斯泰勒　飾），因而勾起他對故友的愧疚。「獨行俠」飽受未知的將來和痛苦的回憶所困擾，被迫面對自己內心的恐懼……為了這項關乎生死的任務，他能否重新振作，再度駕馭風雲？


After more than thirty years of service as one of the Navy’s top aviators, Pete “Maverick” Mitchell (Tom Cruise) is where he belongs, pushing the envelope as a courageous test pilot and dodging the advancement in rank that would ground him. When he finds himself training a detachment of Top Gun graduates for a specialized mission the likes of which no living pilot has ever seen, Maverick encounters Lt. Bradley Bradshaw (Miles Teller), call sign: “Rooster,” the son of Maverick’s late friend and Radar Intercept Officer Lt. Nick Bradshaw, aka “Goose.” Facing an uncertain future and confronting the ghosts of his past, Maverick is drawn into a confrontation with his own deepest fears, culminating in a mission that demands the ultimate sacrifice from those who will be chosen to fly it.
