EP01: Disaster (22-02-27 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
林醫生上任做外科主管,宣布會讓第三年駐院醫做手術主刀,夢琪和朴爭奪機會做主刀幫病人切除癌腫,可病人的認知障礙令好夢成空。尚仁與嘉莉約會後感失落,埋首醫學,提出為癌症嚴重擴散的新婚女子做高風險手術。
When Dr. Lim, the new Chief of Surgery, announces all the third-year residents will start leading surgery, Morgan and Park compete over who gets to take the lead on an elderly patient's tumor removal surgery, until his dementia gets into the way. Shaun, piqued with the result of his first date with Carly, throws himself into solving medical woes and finds a radical and risky new surgery to treat a young bride with extensively matastasised cancer.

EP02: Debts (22-03-06 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
尚仁幫安醫生發明新手術,為一名見義勇為好心人重建碎毀的兩顎。林醫生和文醫生為一個嬰孩的療法生齟齬。夢琪與朴繼續明爭暗鬥,爭做第一個當手術主刀的駐院醫。尚仁在朋友和同事的勸勉和鼓勵下,決定再一次約會。
Shaun helps Andrews invent a new surgery to reconstruct a seriously broken jaw for a good Samaritan. Lim and Melendez find themselves at odds over the treatment of a baby. Morgan and Park continue to compete for who will be the first resident leading a surgery. Shaun, taking in the advice and encouragement of friends and collegues, decides to give dating another try.

EP04: Take My Hand (22-03-20 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)

Shaun, Park and Andrews treat an conspiracy theorist who insists his need for liver surgery is due to being poisoned, not a genetic condition. A woman , after a ruptured appendix surgery, discovers she does not know physical or emotional pain, this discovery causes complications in her marriage. Meanwhile, Shaun and Carly's romance is undermined by his reluctance to hold hands.

EP05: First Case, Second Base (22-03-27 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
尚仁終於有機第一次當手術主刀,可是未入手術室已遭遇挫折。嘉麗與夢琪和文醫生治療一名疑似酒醉受傷男子,但妻子信他未有破戒飲酒,終於救回他一命。另外,簡醫生發現黛碧有槍,二人新婚第二天就為槍不槍鬧僵。
Shaun is assigned his first lead surgery, but receives setbacks even before entering the OR. Claire, Morgan and Melendez treat a man who seems to have fallen off the wagon, but whose wife's unshakeable faith in him ultimately saves his life. Glassman is unnerved to learn that Debbie owns a gun and they’re at an impasse two days into their marriage.

EP06: 45-Degree Angle (22-04-03 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
尚仁突然焦慮嘉莉沒把他當作正式男朋友,令他沒法專心為第一次做主刀準備。夢琪、朴和簡醫生為一名孕婦做複雜手術,希望不必讓23周的胎兒早產,也可為病人切除腫瘤。黛碧炒魷魚,令簡醫生為增聘人手傷腦筋。
A sudden doubt that Carly may not be treating him like a real boyfriend distracts Shaun from his last minute preparation for his first lead surgery. Morgan, Park and Melendez perform a complicated procedure to remove a tumour for a 23-week pregnant woman without having to deliver her baby prematurely. Debbie is fired and Glassman faces a tricky hiring decision.

EP07: SFAD (22-04-10 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
朴建議用基因治療醫治一名缺乏免疫力的少女,讓她可脫離泡泡過正常生活。剛有病人手術失敗身亡的文,以風險過高為由拒絕,朴越級上告外科主管。即將失明的男童由醫院出走,夢琪和嘉麗尋獲後,陪他度過最後一天光明。
Park suggests using gene therapy to cure a girl with no immune system so she can leave her bubble and live a normal life. Melendez, still struggling with the death of his last patient, bans it as being too risky. Park takes it to Lim, their Chief of Surgery. Morgan and Claire go after a 12-year-old boy who disappears from the hospital hours before a surgery that will leave him blind, and ends up taking him on a final fun day in the sun.

EP08: Moonshot (22-04-17 01:55 P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
一名太空人肺生腫瘤, 可能失去登月資格,文醫生不願為她做高風險手術,與林醫生爭執。夢琪首次主刀獲派高深手術,可欣喜過後,她要求換手術,理由並非一般的膽怯。嘉莉建議用新方法幫尚仁克服對親密接觸的顧忌。
Melendez's continuing hesitation to take risks puts him at odds with Lim over the treatment of an astronaut whose upcoming lunar mission is in jeopardy thanks to a tumor on her lung. Morgan is assigned her first lead surgery, an advanced one at that. However, after the initial elation, she asks for a reassignment, and the reason is not a usual case of nerves. Carly suggests a new method to help Shaun overcome his reluctance with sharing intimacy.

EP09: Incomplete (22-04-24 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
嘉麗在醫院乍見車禍受傷入院的一夜情對手,更難堪是發現他已婚有女。夢琪和尚仁的女病人拒絕做手術切除腫瘤,因為不想從此失去性能力。幾經努力消除疑慮後,尚仁準備就緒與嘉莉做愛,可跨越這一步竟比預期中更難。
Claire winds up a in tricky situation when her latest one-night stand arrives in the hospital following a car accident and turns out to have a family. Morgan and Shaun treat a young woman who refuses to have her life-threatening tumors removed because it would also remove her ability to have sex; After weeks of working through his anxieties, Shaun is ready to have sex with Carly, but overcoming this step proves to be harder than expected.

EP10: Friends and Family (22-05-01 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
尚仁的家暴父親病重垂死,簡醫生與麗雅陪他回去見最後一面,可父子和解之願終歸是落空。嘉麗、夢琪和朴隨文醫生醫治一名不渴望傷癒重返球場的職業球星。另外,嘉麗終於找心理治療師開導,幫自己解開心結。
Upon learning that his abusive father is dying, Shaun asks Glassman and Lea to accompany him home for a final meeting, but making peace between father and son remains wishful thinking. Claire, Morgan and Park help treat an NFL player who though eager to get back on his own feet, is less than enthusiastic about going back on the field. Meanwhile, Claire finally starts seeing a therapist to sort out her own issues.

EP11: Fractured (22-05-15 02:00P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
尚仁與嘉麗辛苦練習親密相處,卻輕易與麗雅相擁一宵,令他不得不理清自己對二人的感情。朴懷疑一名腸梗塞病人體內藏毒,與嘉麗爭論可要報警。安、夢琪和尚仁醫治的嚴重斷腿病人,寧願忍痛開刀也拒用止痛藥或麻醉劑。
After easily staying in bed with Lea for a whole night but struggling for weeks with getting intimate with Carly, Shaun has to sort out his feelings for either of them. Park suspects a bowel obstruction patient is a drug mule, and argues with Claire if they should turn him to the police. Andrews, Morgan and Shaun treat a woman with a badly broken leg who refuses painkillers or anesthesia, even for some very painful operations.

EP12: Mutations (22-05-22 02:00P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
嘉莉與尚仁仍然為修復關係苦惱之際,偏要聯手醫治一名因基因變異而出現致命水腫的馬拉松跑手。一名少女得知腦腫瘤復發後情緒低落,嘉莉努力幫她實現與男友共赴畢業舞會的心願,重振她的鬥志。
As Carly and Shaun struggle to reconnect, they must team up to treat a marathoner who is suffering life threatening swelling due to a genetic mutation. A teen girl is depressed after learning that her brain tumour has reoccurred. Claire fights hard to help fulfill her simple wish of going to the prom with her date to cheer her up.

EP13: Sex and Death (22-05-29 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
夢琪的母親秘密見簡醫生商討癌症治療,母女剛巧碰見,眾人方知夢琪原來出身藝術世家,而這家人更為母親的治療鬧個不可開交。尚仁終於與嘉莉解鎖第一次,但得知自己表現猶有不足後,向同事求教, 改進技術。
Morgan runs into her mom who was secretly meeting with Glassman to discuss her cancer. Only then does the team knows that she is from a family of famous artists. Tension erupts when the Reznick family argues over the best treatment for their mother. Meanwhile, Shaun and Carly have finally slept together, and after learning that Carly was unsatisfied by the sex they had, Shaun seeks advice from the team to get better the next time.

EP14: Influence (22-06-05 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
尚仁為一名網紅成功斷症,能八名專家所不能,網紅發文致謝,令尚仁網上走紅,卻令他感到渾身不自在。一名母親用偏方醫病,雖然演變成急症,但一眾醫生不得不承認,她的不正規做法確實救了女兒一命。
Shaun diagnoses a KOL whose mysterious symptoms have baffled eight specialists. Her grateful posting brings viral fame to Shaun who find it most uncomfortable. A mother gets seriously ill by trying a home remedy, but the doctors have to admit her questionable move turns out to be life-saving for her daughter.

EP15: Unsaid (22-06-12 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
文醫生遭受投訴偏私後,帶領朴和嘉麗醫治被狗咬傷的消防員時, 為了避嫌而矯柱過正。尚仁提出創新手術幫天生缺喉男童建喉,讓他終於可以說話。而正當尚仁以為嘉莉再不介意他和麗雅友好時,嘉莉提出分手。
Melendez, with a complaint of favouritism hanging over his head, bends over backwards when he leads Park and Claire to treat a firefighter who suffered a serious arm injury in a dog attack. Shaun proposes an innovative surgery to build a brand new larynx for a young boy, enabling him be to speak for the first time. Meanwhile, just when Shaun thinks Carly is finally okay with his friendship with Lea, Carly asks for a break up.

EP16: Autopsy (22-06-19 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
尚仁與嘉莉分手後,寄情工作,死心不息要調查一名無名露宿女子的死因,甚至為此被捕。另一方面,嘉莉與夢琪幫一名大學生療傷時,意外發現他原來夢遊,而夢遊期間更出現截然不同的性格。
Shaun throws himself into work following his breakup with Carly and gets obsessed with finding out the cause of death of a homeless Jane Doe to the point of getting arrested. Claire and Morgan work together to treat an injured college student and accidently discover that not only does he sleepwalk, but he also displays completely different personality while sleepwalking.

EP17: Fixation (22-06-26 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
尚仁、文和嘉麗治療一名患有罕見病,要切除腎上腺的少婦。一名野外求生導師給仙人掌刺傷後嚴重感炎,更惡化至要換腎,雖找到脗合捐腎者,但林拒絕接受捐贈。尚仁努力向麗雅證明自己是合適男友,卻換來更狠心拒絕。
Shaun, Melendez, and Claire treat a young woman who has a rare condition that requires her adrenal glands to be removed. A survival instructor has developed a serious infection from a cactus prick, requiring a kidney transplant. Though a matched donor is found, Lim refuses to accept the donation. Meanwhile, Shaun tries hard to prove that he can be the right boyfriend for Lea, but ends up getting rejected more harshly than before.

EP18: Heartbreak (22-07-03 01:55P.M. - 02:50P.M.)
尚仁被麗雅拒愛後,宅居三天後不情不願回醫院上班,卻向同事和病人發脾氣,包括一名睡眠窒息情況已屆危險水平的的侏儒。林、安兩位醫生為病人拒用義肢鬧意見分歧。夢琪的類風濕關節炎惡化,職業前途面臨抉擇。
Shaun, reeling from Lea's rejection, returns reluctantly after three days at home to work, but he takes his frustration out on his colleagues and patients, including a little person who is dealing with increasingly dangerous sleep apnea. A patient's wishes on prosthetics come between Andrews and Lim. Meanwhile, Morgan, with her rheumatoid arthritis getting worse, has to face a difficult career decision.

EP19: Hurt (22-07-10 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
地震後,聖文德派出拯救隊往倒塌酒坊救急,文和嘉麗要在災場做高危手術,以免傷者嚴重癱瘓。尚仁則發現麗雅同樣被困災場。醫院那邊,因為人手短缺,動了手部手術仍未復原的夢琪,也要帶傷為危急的宮外孕病人開刀。
An earthquake strikes and St. Bonaventure sends out a rescue team to a collapsed brewery to help. Melendez and Claire are forced to perform a risky surgery on site to help an injured woman avoiding paralysis. Shaun finds out Lea is also trapped in the brewery. Back in the seriously short-staffed hospital, with all surgeons occupied, Morgan, who is still recovering from her hand surgery, has to perform surgery for an ectopic pregnancy.

EP20: I Love You (22-07-17 01:55P.M. - 02:45P.M.)
第三季壓軸篇, 地震復餘震, 有死裏逃生,有遽然訣別。尚仁在倒塌酒坊,冒險為被困地下室的傷者做截肢手術,幫她逃離水浸現場。文醫生地震中受的輕傷,原來是無可修補的內傷。而生死邊緣,所牽掛者唯有心中所愛。
In the season finale, following the earthquake and aftershocks, lives saved and lost. Shaun performs a risky underwater amputation to free a woman trapped in a flooding basement of the collapsed brewery. Melendez's seemingly minor injury suffered in the earthquake turns out to be internal damages beyond repair. Facing death or near-death, foremost in mind have to be those you love.
