第五季首集,卡娜驚聞嘉世媒體已易主,新老闆帶明星級記者加盟,並把詹斯降職,自任總編輯。蓮娜懷恨眾人對她隱瞞卡娜的真正身分,立心報復。莊眾斯受一名變形人針對,並由魅影區召來他的舊敵午夜到地球作亂。
In the season five premiere, Kara is surprised to find that CatCo has a new owner, who has brought in a star reporter, demoted James and appointed herself Editor-in-Chief. Lena sets out to revenge against everyone for hiding from her the true identity of Kara. J'onn J'onzz is targeted by a shapeshifter who summons his old enemy, Midnight, from the Phantom Zone to wreck havoc on Earth.

EP02: Stranger Beside Me (2021-06-20 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
莊眾斯向嘉玲借用黑曜石北的技術, 在回憶裏搜尋他那離奇出現的兄弟的往事。卡娜繼續與新老闆汪晏芝和其親信戴威廉鬧竟見。蓮娜研究如何滅絕人性裏的害人本能,並用滕伊芙做第一件試驗品。
J'onn J'onzz enlists the help of Kelly to use Obsidian North technology to search for the missing memory about his mysterious brother. Kara continues to butt heads with her new boss Andrea Rojas and her lackey, William Day. Meanwhile, Lena experiments to wipe humanity of its instincts to hurt each out, and she uses Eve Tessmacher as her first subject.

EP03: Blurred Lines (2021-06-27 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
卡娜百般努力與蓮娜重修舊好,甚至答應為她盜取保管在聯邦設施裏的力斯童年日記。莊眾斯得妮婭幫助,終於查明之前對弟弟摩另奎毫無印象的真正原因。摩另奎則變身冒認嘉玲的舊友,騙她幫自己恢復操控思想的能力。
Kara works so hard to mend her relationship with Lena that she promises to steal for her Lex's childhood journal which is being stored in a federal facility. While J'onn J'onzz, with Nia’s help, finds out the real reason for the missing memory of his brother, Malefic, Malefic shift-shapes into Kelly’s old friend to trick her into restoring his mind control power.

EP04: In Plain Sight (2021-07-04 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
卡娜繼續調查戴威廉的犯罪活動,在妮婭協助下,揭露他原來是臥底記者。另一方面,摩另奎思想操控愛莉攻擊莊,令這對兄弟的衝突白熱化。此外,詹斯陪妹妹嘉玲回鄉後, 促使他下定決心,改變人生路向。
Kara's investigation into William Dey's "criminal" activities, with help from Nia, results in the shocking revelation that he is an undercover reporter. On another front, with Alex taken control by Malefic to get at J'onn, the conflict between the two brothers reaches a boiling point. Meanwhile, a return to his hometown with his sister Kelly prompts James to make a life-changing decision.

EP05: Dangerous Liaisons (2021-07-11 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
黑曜石北全球發布虛擬實境鏡片前夕,卡娜與威廉合力追查涉嫌殺害威廉摯友的四臂殺手嘶吼,結果揭發一個威脅全球的恐襲陰謀。另外,摩另奎助蓮娜成功複製他的植入思想異能,但蓮娜旋即用新技術操控囚禁他。
On the eve of the worldwide launch of Obsidian North's VR contact lenses, Kara and William team up on an investigation of a four-armed assassin Rip Roar whom William suspects has killed his best friend, and what they expose is a terrorist plot that threatens the whole world. Meanwhile, Lena, with Malific’s help, succeeds in duplicating his inception power, but she immediately uses the new tech on him to keep him in captivity.

EP06: Confidence Women (2021-07-18 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
影子刺客硬闖非常行動部搶劫新落網囚犯嘶吼,事敗逃去。女超人堅持向嘶吼套取口風,終獲得重要線索,就是利維坦。另一方面,晏芝向蓮莉求助,二人重提當年恩怨,揭露這對曾經好友最終反目,也是利維坦從中作梗。
A shadowy assassin attempts to break into DEO to capture the newly arrested villain, Rip Roar but ends in failure. Supergirl’s persistance in getting intel out of Rip Roar is rewarded with an important lead, Leviathan. Meanwhile, Andrea seeks help from Lena and the two think back on their tumultuous past of friendship and betrayal and it is revealed that Leviathan is also involved.

EP07: Tremors (2021-07-25 02:05P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
女超人與蓮娜發現利維坦的存在後,一起往孤獨堡找武器對付這神秘組織,蓮娜在堡內終透露她的報仇大計,要懲罰卡娜一直向她隱瞞身分。另一方面,莊眾斯發現摩另奎的真正下落,盡最後努力,尋求弟弟的寬恕。
Supergirl and Lena have both learned about the existence of the mysterious Leviathan. The two go to the Fortress of Solitude to search for a weapon to defeat the organization, and it is in there that Lena reveals her plan for revenge, punishing Supergirl for keeping her in the dark for so long. Meanwhile, J'onn J'onnz discovers about Malefic's true whearabouts, and makes a final attempt to seek his brother's forgiveness.

EP08: The Wrath of Rama Khan (2021-08-01 02:05P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
一邊有利維坦御土師拉馬汗要操控一座超級火山爆發, 一邊有蓮娜要發動萬眾來思想控制全世界, 地球面臨雙重浩劫。而愛莉與女超人為如何應對兩邊戰線出現分歧。另外,監靈再次出現, 向莊預告另一場危險迫在眉睫。
With Rama Khan, the earth bender of Leviathan, manipulating a supervolcano eruption and Lena launching Myriad to mind control the whole world, Earth is facing a double catastrophe. Alex and Supergirl are at odd with how to fight the two wars. Also, the Monitor appears again and reveals to J'onn another crisis is coming.

EP09: Crisis on Infinite Earths: Part One (2021-08-08 02:05P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
五劇聯播的開首篇,監靈派信使召集女超人、綠箭俠、蝙蝠女、白金絲雀、原子俠和超人等不同時空的英雄義士, 迎戰一場逼在眉睫的滅世危機,眾人整裝備戰。而莊與愛莉則找蓮娜一起想辦法,拯救38號地球的眾生。
In the kickoff of a five-part crossover event, The Monitor sends Harbinger to gather the world's greatest heroes - Supergirl, The Flash, Green Arrow, Batwoman, White Canary, The Atom and Superman - in preparation for the impending Crisis. With their worlds in imminent danger, the superheroes suit up for battle while J'onn and Alex recruit Lena to help them find a way to save the people of Earth-38.

EP10: The Bottle Episode (2021-08-15 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
卡娜的地球在危機中與1號地球合併成全新的始源地球,其中的超常行動部附屬於雷氏企業,雷力斯是愛莉和女超人的上司,所有保留危機前記憶的人都在揣摩種種改變的影響,阿腦則要面對四個由其他現實穿越來到的自己。
Following the Crisis, Kara’s Earth is merged with Earth-1 to form the new Earth Prime, within which the DEO is a subsidiary of Luthorcorp, and Lex Luthor is Alex's and Supergirl’s boss. Everyone who retains the pre-Crisis memories is trying to figure out what all these changes mean for them. Meanwhile, Brainy is confronted with four alternate versions of himself from other realities.

EP11: Back from the Future - Part One (2021-08-22 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
有老朋友重返國民城。阿腦為了挽救未來,秘密輔助雷力斯消滅利維坦。二人協助石永諾的分身越獄,慫恿他借玩具人名義襲擊一個玩具展。而始源地球的石永諾也由31世紀趕回來,阻止這分身殺人和改變他自己的未來。
An old friend is coming back to town. Brainy, for the sake of future, begins working with Lex Luthor to take down Leviathan. They breaks out a doppelganger of Winn Schott to attack a toy convention under the alias of Toyman. At the same time, the Winn Schott of Earth-Prime returns from the 31st century to stop this doppelganger from killing people and changing his own future.

EP12: Back from the Future - Part Two (2021-09-05 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
永諾的分身化為人工智能,在數碼空間復活, 奪取超常行動部的控制權, 並試圖衝入萬維網全球作亂。女超人與永諾追捕這人工智能時, 發現永諾的父親,即是原裝正版玩具人,也變成人工智能,並願意幫手消滅分身。
The doppelganger Winn resurrects himself in the digital space as AI and takes control of the DEO. It even tries to break into the World Wide Web to wreak havoc across the whole world. Supergirl and the back from future Winn, when hunting down this AI, receive help from an unlikely source, the AI of Winn's fatherr, the original Toyman.

EP13: It's a Super Life (2021-09-12 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
麥斯佩加令先生要為自己為難過的每一個人做一宗好事來彌補,於是找上卡娜,提出幫她返回過去,搶在力斯之先向蓮娜透露女超人身分,嘗試扭轉結果。卡娜一幕一幕重溫舊事,心大心細可要改寫歷史來挽救與蓮娜的友情。
Mister Mxyzptlk, sentenced to perform one good deed for every person he ever wronged, shows up on Kara's doorstep with a proposition for Kara - what if she could go back in time and tell Lena her secret before Lex did, would things turn out different? Looking back over key moments throughout the series, Kara must decide if she wants to change history to become friends with Lena again.

EP14: The Bodyguard (21-09-19 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
一名反科技分子威脅殺害汪晏芝並破壞黑曜石白金鏡片的發布會,力斯心懷不軌,派遣女超人貼身保護汪晏芝,藉此巴結利維坦的古章瑪。另一方面,蓮娜的勿害計劃在力斯協助下邁進一步,開始用人類試驗。
When an anti-technology activist threatens Andrea Rojas' life and the launch of Obsideian Platinum, Lex tasks Supergirl with protecting Andrea to ingratiate himself with Gemma Cooper of Leviathan for his own nefarious purposes. Meanwhile, Lena, with Lex's help, moves forward with Project Non Nocere with a human trial.

EP15: Reality Bytes (21-09-26 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
妮婭的同屋伊華遇襲,歹徒專門襲擊跨性別女子,試圖挾逼夢使放棄做超級英雄。夢使拒絕屈服,為免社群再受傷害,不惜自己做餌,引出惡人正面交鋒。另一方面,愛莉、莊和嘉玲聯手救出一個被困虛擬實境逃生密室的男子。
Nia's roommate, Yvette, is attacked by a vicious transphobe who assaults transgender women to try to force Dreamer quit being a superhero. Determined to protect her community from additional harm, Dreamer refuses to give in to his threats and puts herself in the line of fire to stop him. Meanwhile, Alex, J'onn and Kelly attempt to rescue a man stuck inside a virtual reality escape room.

EP16: Alex in Wonderland (21-10-03 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
愛莉不願面對自己聞知父親過世的情緒,遷怒於卡娜。二人大吵一場後,愛莉戴上虛擬實境鏡片,逃進虛擬世界,扮演女超人,過上幻想生活。另一方面,嘉玲與威廉聯手調查力斯夥拍黑曜石北的真正圖謀。
Alex, unwilling to cope with her feelings in the face to her father's death, lashes out at Kara. After the fight, she uses VR lenses to escape into the virtual world where she lives out the fantasy of being Supergirl. Meanwhile, Kelly helps William investigate Lex's real purpose of partnering with Obsidian North.

EP17: Deus Lex Machina (21-10-10 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
這一集揭露雷力斯在危機之後,為了提升自己在始原地球的地位,一直精心策劃複雜計謀,拉攏妹妹跟自己合作,打擊利維坦的最新襲擊,挑撥女超人陣線與利維坦互鬥,還重新招攬舊盟友滕伊芙回來助陣。
It is revealed that ever since the Crisis, Lex Luthor, in order to improve his lot on Earth-Prime, has been laying an intricate plan to bring Lena closer to him, defeat Leviathan's latest attack, and pit Supergirl and her team against Leviathan, all with the help of an old ally, Eve Tessmarcher.

EP18: The Missing Link (21-10-17 01:55P.M. - 02:40P.M.)
利維坦的卸土師拉馬汗再次作亂,觸發大地震,與女超人等硬碰硬,雙方大戰的結果,竟是超常行動部倒塌。另一方面,蓮娜的勿害計劃試驗失敗,引發監獄騷亂,蓮娜被迫與力斯合作化解危機。
Rama Khan, the earth bender of Leviathan, returns to trigger a massive attack, and goes head to head against Supergirl and her friends. The fight ends with the collapse of the DEO. Meanwhile, Lex and Lena are forced to work together when Lena's Project Non Nocere fails to work and they get stuck inside a prison riot.

EP19: Immortal Kombat (21-10-24 02:00P.M. - 02:55P.M.)
第五季終章,利維坦發動殲滅大計,借助黑曜石世界團結日,一舉消滅幾十億地球人。女超人想通必須放下戒心,再次信任蓮娜,與她携手制止力斯與利維坦。阿腦則秘密潛入利維坦大本營,自行發動攻擊,對付這個秘密組織。
In the fifth season finale, Leviathan carries out its plan of killing billions with the Obsidian Worldwide Unity Festival. Supergirl realizes that in order to stop Lex and Leviathan, she must work with the one person she never thought she'd trust again , Lena. Meanwhile, Brainy secretly infiltrates Leviathan's headquarters and launches his own attack on the secretive organization.
