踏健身單車 is low impact way to loose wight la. if u want "little faster"result (jogging or running) will show result way way faster. =)
but i heard ppl say. (Swimming) is a very very good one to loose wight ( but need to make lot of time for that. unless u have a pool very near ur home) =(
