Probably iPhone 6. If you need a bigger screen, just get an iPad or iPad Mini instead. iPhone 6 Plus is hard to grip with just one hand. So I think it's more likely for me to drop it during daily use.

I prefer iphone6 plus, but I think that not easy to buy and too expensive!!!
