第1集 - Spring, In the Noto Peninsula
　　今集我們跟單車手米高賴斯踏單車到能登半島。我們沿途將見到於這片海域捕魚，於山上耕種的居民。見識能登一門植根於當地傳統的獨特工藝，深入了解當地的文化和歷史。米高更於此行接觸到能登傳統習俗和嚐到美食。
  This time we're cycling up the Noto Peninsula with cyclist, Michael Rice. We'll meet the people who live on this land, fishing its seas and farming its hills. We'll see a distinctive Noto craft, deeply rooted local tradition and learn more about their fascinating culture and history. Along the way, Michael and his film crew will get to experience some old noto customs and even get the chance to eat some delicious food as well.

  In this episode of Cycle Around Japan, we will take you amidst the autumn colors in Hokkaido with cyclist, Paul Salisbury. Starting from Asahikawa, we will ride 520km heading to the Shiretoko peninsula, the world heritage site. From cable car rides to soyabean farms to visiting the indigenous people of the Ainu village, Salisbury brings you along for a cuilture shock and for a spin around one of the finest areas of Japan.

第4集 - The Southern Island of Amami-Oshima
　　今集我們跟單車手姬蒂史提芬遜去遊覽奄美大島。這亞熱帶島嶼距離東京1300公里，擁有清澈海水和鮮艷的珊瑚礁。全程330公里，我們會探索當地生活方式、踏單車穿越迷人的山區及深入了解豐富的日本文化。
  In this episode, we will take you to Amami-Oshima following cyclist, Kate Stevenson. This subtropical island is 1,300km away from Tokyo and blessed with transparent waters, bright colored coral reefs. Following the round trip of 330km, we explore the local lifestyles, ride through the numerous mountains and dive deeper into the fantastic Japanese culture that we all know of. So tune in and join us for the ride!
