第2集 - 夏日岩手山海遊 / Summer, The Coast and Mountains of Iwate
　　夏日岩手山海遊：岩手是東北地區的大縣，由盛岡出發，一路踏車到山區，在鄉鎮遠野，實地了解日本的民間故事，又會上山欣賞流傳五百年不變的早池峰神樂。在三陸海岸則到訪2011年的海嘯災區，看看劫後重建的進展。
  Summer: The Coast and Mountains of Iwate - Iwate is a large prefecture on the Pacific coast in the Tohoku region. We starts from Morioka and ride into the mountain region. In the mountains, we learn some Japanese folkore in the rural town Tono, and join the unique Hayachine Kagura that is preserved for over 500 years. On the coast, we visit the coastal towns of the Sanriku region to learn how the reconstruction is going after the 2011 tsunami.

第3集 - 周遊沖繩熱帶島嶼八重山諸島 / Okinawa, The Tropical Yaeyama Islands
　　周遊沖繩熱帶島嶼八重山諸島：位於日本最南端的群島，傳統生活方式經久不衰。這一集走訪其中三島，在石垣島划古代漁船鱶舟，在波照間島參觀日本最南學校的學校生活，到竹富島欣賞傳統紅瓦房頂、水牛車和織布工藝。
  Okinawa: The Tropical Yaeyama Islands - A cycle trip around Japan's most southerly island chain where the lifestyle that has existed since ancient times is still strong. This episode visits three of these islands and discovers the ancient sabani boats of Ishigaki, the school life of the furthest south school in Japan on Hateruma, and the traditional red tiled roof houses, the buffalo carts and the local craft of Minsa weaving of Taketomi.
